The Incentive Group, LLC was formed to provide access to quality employee benefits and financial services while maintaining and building personal relationships with individuals and businesses.

With more than 30 years of combined industry experience, the principals at The Incentive Group serve more than 2,500 clients. The group augments human resources needs for its clients through its unique One Call Solution philosophy. At all times, the firm’s goal is to completely satisfy a client’s needs whenever the need arises.

When Paul Beggan and Tim Nugent met in 1988, they felt that business owners weren’t being treated with the level of service or objectivity they deserved. They started their company, The Incentive Group, LLC to provide clients with more attention while offering truly customized support and services.

“We are business owners. We knew what our clients were going through,” says Tim. “We wanted to change the way they looked at benefits. We wanted to help them provide morale-boosting, employee-retaining benefits based on each company’s unique needs and goals.”
